If you are a patient without insurance or using a discount plan, you will be responsible for payment of your account in full, either in advance or at the time of service.
If you are a patient with insurance, you understand that this insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. It is your responsibility to know the particular coverage pertaining to deductibles, co-payments, patient portions, and provider lists. We always try to go the extra mile to help our patients understand and utilize their insurance effectively. Please feel free to discuss your insurance plans and coverage levels with us.
Payment Options
We have a variety of fee arrangements to ensure payment of any portion not covered by insurance is affordable. We accept most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover) and also offer flexible payment options through outside financing with Sunbit and Care Credit. We will be glad to discuss these options with you during your visit.
Prepayment in Full for the Amount of the Treatment
Payment in full for complete treatment at the end of the consultation in order to receive a 5% discount on the fees for treatment. Payment can be made only with cash or a personal check. This option applies only to patients without insurance.
Prepayment in Full for the Amount of the Patient Portion at the Consultation Appointment
Payment in full for the estimated patient portion at the end of the consultation.
Payment in Full for the Amount of the Patient Portion on the Day of Service
Payment in full for the estimated patient portion at the time of service.
Third-Party Financing for Payment of the Patient Portion at the Time of Service
Establish third-party financing arrangements with Care Credit for patient portion amounts greater than $500. The financing company will distribute funds to Desert Ridge Periodontics and Implant Dentistry upon completion of the service. The patient will be responsible for settling the balance owing to the financing company on a predetermined schedule.
In-House Financial Arrangements for Scheduled Payments
For certain treatments that are completed over time, payment can be scheduled throughout the treatment period. Let the staff know if you wish to be considered for this type of payment plan.
